  • Update and monitor portfolio exposure, risk limits and market parameters

Finance Manager (Accounts Payable), Kunshan, Shanghai

Job Specification:

1) Responsible for Accounts Payable (AP) process for all the companies in China,
2) Supervise a team of over 25 AP staffs in Share Service Centre (SSC) located in China
3) Work closely with Global Supply Management and Material team on the AP issues
4) Ensure the compliance of SOX
5) Ensure the compliance of local regulatory requirement inclusive tax and foreign exchange associated with AP


Requirement:

1) University graduate majoring in accounting
2) Minimum of 7 years experience with at least 2 years managerial experience
3) SSC experience is a definite advantage
4) Good communication and supervisory skill
5) Fluent in both written Chinese and English, and conversational Mandarin
6) Candidate with PRC experience and PRC exposure is a plus

7) Mature, initiative, detail-minded, process-oriented and able to handle pressure
8) Station at Kunshan, Shanghai, PRC (1-hour drive away from Shanghai)
