Target Partners Executive Search is a growing boutique executive search firm with its head office in Singapore. Target Partners' core focus areas are in banking and finance with an emphasis on mid to senior hires.
Our Client is one of the largest construction and civil engineering players in Singapore and has participated in many high profile projects in Singapore including the integrated resorts. Our client also has a fast-growing coal mining and trading operation in Indonesia.
As part of its plans to expand and grow regionally, our client is preparing for a public listing on the Main Board of SGX. In line with this, they are seeking to hire an experienced finance personnel to join their senior management team as Chief Financial Officer.
Brief Job Scope
1. Project manage the IPO preparations
2. Post listing, ensure full compliance with the relevant regulatory framework including meeting financial reporting deadlines
3. Fully responsible for the finance, corporate affairs and investor relations functions
4. Putting in place a strong accounting system with desired internal controls and corporate governance framework
5. Play an active role in strategic planning including fund raising , M&As and other corporate development initiatives
Requirements
1. At least 10 -15 years of finance and / or investment banking experience
2. A CPA or equivalent professional qualification and familiarity with Singapore GAAP
3. Those who have participated in IPO exercises and have experience running the finance functions of public listed companies will have an edge
4. Articulated, confident and strong management skills
5. Effectively bilingual (english and chinese/mandarin)
