Responsibilities:
Finance and Accounting
• Responsible for the Company's compliance with applicable external laws and regulations, standards and guidelines
• Ensure that the financial support function is effective and efficient. Eg, payment cycles, monitoring of accounts receivables.
• Develop and enhance a strong and effective internal control environment.
• Contribute towards improvement of the business profitability and cash flow by providing relevant and useful financial input into the business strategy development and key business activities.
• Ensure that monthly Company management reporting is reliable, accurate and timely to management so as to support them in their decision making.
• Prepare monthly and annual statutory financial statements
• Liaise and work with external parties such as bankers, auditors, tax consultants and company secretary
• Submission of quarterly GST
• Maintain good and close working relationships at all levels and externally with auditors, bankers, various external consultants
Human Resource Administration
• Handle HR functions including preparation of payroll and verify staff claims
• Handle office and employee insurance
• Maintain staff annual leave and medical leave records
• Prepare annual IR8A returns for all staff
• Administer staff benefit schemes and program
• Some office administrative task/responsibilities is expected
Requirements:
• Location: East
• Degree in Accountancy, CPA or equivalent with 3 - 5 years relevant experience
• Responsible for all financial functions in the Company
• Applicants able to start work within short notice will have added advantage.
• Strong leadership skills
• Results oriented i.e. responsible, high drive, takes initiative.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Singapore/Singapore PR are preferred.
