MNC - Urgent - 5 days - Real Estate

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain records of financial transactions such as accounts receivables, payables, general ledger, bank balances and accruals
• Maintain balance sheet and property tax schedules
• Track budgets
• Process invoices and cheques
• Handle Accounts Receivable functions
• Manage general ledger accounting, prepare and post journal entries
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare quarterly GST returns
• Support business operations closely on all financial matters
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

• LCCI / Diploma in Accounting 2 years of accounting experience
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
• Self-motivated and resourceful
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good team player with positive attitude towards learning
• Responsible and meticulous
• Proficient with MS applications
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
