Responsibilities:
- Overseeing Accounts Payable Function
- Manage inter-company trade payable accounts / balance reconciliations
- Handle monthly/quarterly closing activities
- Provide guidance and direction to Accounts Assistants in relation to Accounts Payable functions
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy, Business or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting/audit experience (supervisory experience will be an advantage)
- Well-versed in MS Office Applications
- Self-motivated, independent and meticulous with an eye for detail
- Pleasant with a cheerful disposition
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently within tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Sun System will be an added advantage
Accounts Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Daily accounts payable functions such as matching suppliers’ invoices with PO, processing refunds generating cheque payments, data entry of journals and handling staff reimbursement
- Assist in month end closing
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Accounts Executive
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy / LCCI Higher Accounting / CAT
- Knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Self-motivated, independent and meticulous with an eye for detail
- Pleasant with a cheerful disposition
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Sun System will be an added advantage
