Responsibilities :

Responsible:-

  • Monitor tax law changes and apprise the impact to business operations.

Qualification:-
  • At least 5 yrs working experience as full time tax professional, preferably in tax compliance and tax advisory.
  • Legal and/or accounting academic background.
  • Certified public accountant (CPA) preferable.
  • Superior academic record and work history, sound judgement , exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills and team player.
  • Superior communication (Writing and oral) skills and ability to present to businesses in an efficient manner.
  • US GAAP and US tax accounting experience helpful.
  • Good commend of English and Thai.
  • Knowledge / experience in banking / Financial service industry preferable.

The Role
You will assume responsibilities in monthly closing of accounts, monthly preparation of financial statements, timely submission of tax returns, timely filing of annual accounts. In addition, you shall be the main Point-of-Liaison with the Treasury Department in administering the rightful treatment of accounts by Maintaining Full Sets of Accounts on the Treasury Accounts. You should also be well-versed with FRS 39.


The Person
You should possess a CPA/Degree in Accountancy or ACCA with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in a Public Listed or MNC environment (familiar with FRS 39), with some supervisory level experience. You should also have prior experiences in handling full set of accounts, group consolidation as well as experience in the rightful administration and management of Treasury Functions and Accounting. Other attitudes are meticulous, excellent leadership, resourceful with a keen analytical mind, able to work independently under tight time schedules and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
