Executive - Finance

The Position:
You will be responsible for Asset Management, Account Receivables and Credit Control.

Responsibilities of the Role:

• To ensure timely and accurate monthly invoicing, management reports, and asset register update.
• Maintenance of Company primary accounts including analysis of cost, client variance reports, telco billing reports, financial performance analysis of projects.

Processing accounting transactions such as :-

• Receivables - Invoicing, Variance Invoicing
• Fund / Cash Flow management - collection
• Asset register update and maintenance
• Subsidiary and associated company’s monthly financial reports
• Ensure that financial compliance and adherence to ISO requirement
• Administrative Work

Requirements for the Role:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Accounting
• Fresh graduate and/ or at least 1 year working experience at same position
• IT savvy in Accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Able to work in a high paced environment
• Able to meet tight deadlines

Senior/Executive, Finance (Treasury Accounting) - (For a Listed Real Estate Dvlpr, Good Prospects)

The Role

You will assume responsibilities in monthly closing of accounts, monthly preparation of financial statements, timely submission of tax returns, timely filing of annual accounts. In addition, you shall be the main Point-of-Liaison with the Treasury Department in administering the rightful treatment of accounts by Maintaining Full Sets of Accounts on the Treasury Accounts. You should also be well-versed with FRS 39.

The Person

You should possess a CPA/Degree in Accountancy or ACCA with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in a Public Listed or MNC environment (familiar with FRS 39), with some supervisory level experience. You should also have prior experiences in handling full set of accounts, group consolidation as well as experience in the rightful administration and management of Treasury Functions and Accounting. Other attitudes are meticulous, excellent leadership, resourceful with a keen analytical mind, able to work independently under tight time schedules and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• LCCI Higher

• Able to keep full set of account up to Balance Sheet
• Computer literate with accounting software knowledge and implementation
• Familiar with ACCPAC 5.4v Accounting Software
• Preferable with working experience (3 years or above)
• Able to read, write, speak English and Mandarin as well as dialect
