Job Description:-

• Classify and process Advertising and Promotion spending invoices
• Generate Consumer Marketing’s reports and also monitor Consumer Marketing’s actual performances in every period closing
• Sort and summarize trade discount and FOC data monthly
• Coordinate with sales Admin & Trade Marketing Team to get pricing templates of all channels uploaded on scheduled and thoroughly check pricing templates and ensure their alignment with Monthly Trade Promotion campaigns
• Co-ordination for period closing process with Accounting

Qualification:-

• At least 1 year experience in Accounting or Finance Function
• Have experience in booking and coding marketing or trade spending transactions in the system
• Familiar with accounting process is preferred
• Good computer skills, Advance excel program

Finance Controller (International Company)

Requires “Manufacturing” Costing under SAP Experience

Our Client , An International company, manufactures and markets Paints & Chemical product lines to all the over the world including in Thailand is searching for FINANCIAL CONTROLLER, reports directly to MD, working experience from MANUFACTURING business/industry is a must.

The job duties and scopes are listed below:

--Monthly performance book closing

--AP & AR & TAXATION, GL

--Credit Financial Reporting & Control

--Manufacturing Cost Control and Performance Analysis

--Review overall manufacturing cost and analysis

--Develop forecast budget and business plan, monitor and report expenses performance metrics

--Lead process improvement and cost reduction initiative until implementation

--Provide plant management with cause of cost increase and recommendation to improve plant performance

--Work closely with plant management and key manufacturing people to ensure understand on the mechanism of each cost element, thus enabling them to thoroughly understand and know how to reduce cost

--Set up standard cost and transfer price according to Annual Operating Plan

--Produce manufacturing reports to management on a regular basis

--Work with Plant Management to set up KPI and incentive and bonus scheme in order to motivate workers to deliver good performance.

--CAPEX control and Analysis

--Responsible for control of CAPEX

--Review actual CAPEX spending

--Train concerned parties/staff to ensure their understanding and compliance of CAPEX spending

• Ad-Hoc projects as requested from time to time
• Coordinate with Manufacturing team in term of requested data or other supporting

This position will be working closely with oversea offices/colleagues, thus, the interview will be conducted in English

Qualifications for the position: Finance Controller

Office/Plant is located in Prapadaeng area

• A Thai citizen. Male or Female Age between 38-45 years old
• MBA Degree with BA in Accounting Degree is a must
• A CPA license holder is a plus
• Working experience as Financial Controller in multinational companies in the MANUFACTURING business and industry
• SAP experience
• Extensive experience and well understanding of business financial planning and control including the cost performance analysis of the manufacturing cost
• Very good in English language both writing and speaking

Department Manager – Finance Controller

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Senior Finance Officer will be leading the Finance/Accounting Department, reporting directly to the Director Level.
• The Financial Controller will oversee, control and report the divisions resources and expenditures :
• Reports will include the following : Balance Sheet / Income Statement / Statement of Retained Earnings / Cash Flows.
• Reporting / Filing of Labor as well as Corporate Taxes.

Required Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance and Controlling, in a private/public company but with a strong business focus.
• Graduate of Economics, Business Administration or Accounting Sciences from reputable university.
• CPA or specialization in financial administration.
• Technical knowledge of costs, rolling forecast, control systems, finances, analysis of investments, strategic planning, accounting, fiscal and labour law, information technology, Indonesian tax and labor laws.
