Requires “Manufacturing” Costing under SAP Experience
Our Client , An International company, manufactures and markets Paints & Chemical product lines to all the over the world including in Thailand is searching for FINANCIAL CONTROLLER, reports directly to MD, working experience from MANUFACTURING business/industry is a must.
The job duties and scopes are listed below:
--Monthly performance book closing
--AP & AR & TAXATION, GL
--Credit Financial Reporting & Control
--Manufacturing Cost Control and Performance Analysis
--Review overall manufacturing cost and analysis
--Develop forecast budget and business plan, monitor and report expenses performance metrics
--Lead process improvement and cost reduction initiative until implementation
--Provide plant management with cause of cost increase and recommendation to improve plant performance
--Work closely with plant management and key manufacturing people to ensure understand on the mechanism of each cost element, thus enabling them to thoroughly understand and know how to reduce cost
--Set up standard cost and transfer price according to Annual Operating Plan
--Produce manufacturing reports to management on a regular basis
--Work with Plant Management to set up KPI and incentive and bonus scheme in order to motivate workers to deliver good performance.
--CAPEX control and Analysis
--Responsible for control of CAPEX
--Review actual CAPEX spending
--Train concerned parties/staff to ensure their understanding and compliance of CAPEX spending
Others
- Ad-Hoc projects as requested from time to time
- Coordinate with Manufacturing team in term of requested data or other supporting
This position will be working closely with oversea offices/colleagues, thus, the interview will be conducted in English
Qualifications for the position: Finance Controller
Office/Plant is located in Prapadaeng area
- A Thai citizen. Male or Female Age between 38-45 years old
- MBA Degree with BA in Accounting Degree is a must
- A CPA license holder is a plus
- Working experience as Financial Controller in multinational companies in the MANUFACTURING business and industry
- SAP experience
- Extensive experience and well understanding of business financial planning and control including the cost performance analysis of the manufacturing cost
- Very good in English language both writing and speaking
