Job Description:-
- Classify and process Advertising and Promotion spending invoices
- Generate Consumer Marketing’s reports and also monitor Consumer Marketing’s actual performances in every period closing
- Sort and summarize trade discount and FOC data monthly
- Coordinate with sales Admin & Trade Marketing Team to get pricing templates of all channels uploaded on scheduled and thoroughly check pricing templates and ensure their alignment with Monthly Trade Promotion campaigns
- Co-ordination for period closing process with Accounting
Qualification:-
- At least 1 year experience in Accounting or Finance Function
- Have experience in booking and coding marketing or trade spending transactions in the system
- Familiar with accounting process is preferred
- Good computer skills, Advance excel program
