We are looking for :
Job description :
- Manage the day to day activities of the accounting and participate hands-on in preparation, examination, analysis and review of accounting records, financial statement and other financial reports
- Manages cash management
- Controlling bank statement and preparing bank reconciliation
- Checking and verification Invoice and payment voucher
- Controlling Petty cash
- Preparing e-spt for all tax matters
- Controlling aging Account Payable
- Supervise 01-02 staff
- Candidate must posses minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from Accounting from reputable university with GPA minimum 2.75 of 4.00
- At least 1-2 years working experience as Supervisor or 5-6 years working experience as Staff
- Candidate must posses Accurate experience
- Having experience in Freight Forwarding company would be more beneficial
- Honest, good interpersonal skill and pleasant personality
- Microsoft Office, Brevet A & B literate
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
- Mandarin skills would be more beneficial
- Able to work under pressure
