Responsibilities:

Handle customer accounts with abnormal usage patterns, such as
  •     Usage confirmation and verification
  •     Negotiate with customer for an early payment

Take appropriate dunning action against high usage / overdue accounts and update system

Handle customer enquires in related to billing / payment matters
  •     Work closely with internal counterparts
  •     Follow up and follow through for responsible cases
Compile monthly report

Requirements:

Form 5 or above

Fresh graduates with less experience but with interest in Telecommunication industry will be considered

Have working experience in customer services or credit control fields is welcome

Be sensible and knowledgeable on managing various kinds of customers

Good communication skill in written and spoken English and Chinese

Good PC knowledge in MS Excel & Word

Shift duty is required
