Investment & Development
The aim of this program is to help university students establish an understanding of Financial Management Concepts in terms of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Asset Management, Risk Management best practices and how these operate in an international environment. The student will have the chance to gain valuable work experiences to complement their academic background and enhance their career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Assist in investment opportunities through screening and evaluation.
  • Assist in project analysis, financial analysis and due diligence.
  • Provide support for project execution and legal document review.
  • Provide operational support to the Investment & Development Department.
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments and projects if necessary.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Full time university student (preferably completed at least half of their course)
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg, Reuter and other financial terminals is preferable.
  • High initiative, strong sense of responsibility and willing to learning.
  • Good command in Chinese and English.

Compliance, Legal & Risk Control
To support the department in their daily operation and propose recommendations for the department on its current practices.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide a full range of administrative support to the management and executives of the company, as well as ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
  • Carry out research on offshore entities regarding each country's legislative requirements;
  • Assist with internal and subsidiary auditing.
  • Work closely and coordinate with all function departments, as well as subsidiaries and companies;
  • Handle ad-hoc projects if assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Full time university student (second year or above) in Finance, Accounting, Business or relevant disciplines.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
  • High initiative, strong sense of responsibility and willing to learning.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command in Chinese and English.
  
We also have an internship in Accounting & Finance with the aim of supporting the department in their daily operation.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Finance department;
  • Assist in data checking;
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments and projects if necessary
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Full time university student (second year or above) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or relevant disciplines;
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
  • High initiative, strong sense of responsibility and willing to learning;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
