Luxba Group is a leading brand management company distributing world’s most prestigious fashion brands such as MOSCHINO and RED VALENTINO in Greater China. We are looking for a high caliber individual for our aggressive expansion to fill the following position:

Senior/ Internal Audit Officer

RESPONSIBLITIES

• Responsible for planning and defining the scope of audit projects
• Set up/ enhance accounting policy and procedures throughout the group
• Assess and identity potential risks through standard procedures, analyzing and comparing the business controls issues and process structure
• Perform field work to ensure quality and compliance with established Internal Audit methodology. The focus is in auditing Warehouse, Retail, Treasury Management in Greater China and Hong Kong
• Will drive to identify risks area, reporting to Senior Management and discussing with the Management for further enhancement
• Participate in forensic audits, quantifying losses and proposing recommendations to prevent fraud
• Other ad hoc projects assigned by Management

REQUIRMENTS

• University graduated in Accounting, Finance and relevant disciplines
• At least 3 years’ relevant audit experience, preferable in retail context
• Strong exposure to Business Operations is a requisite, in order to provide experience and knowledge of the accounting, operational, risk management, and compliance processes
• Previous Audit, Retail experiences and Sarbanes Oxley 404 / Corporate Governance compliance review experience is an advantage
• Hard working, strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• Good analytical and report writing skills
• Good written presentation skills in both English and Chinese and fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua essential
• Occasional travel to China is required
• Good time management and able to work under pressure
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Internal Audit Officer

What we expect

• An Accounting Bachelor or PPAk from reputable overseas and local universities with a minimum GPA of 3.00 or distinction grades.
• Have extensive knowledge and experience of a minimum 2 (two) years in a public accounting firm.
• Experience in a similar role/position in other reputable public accountant firms, will be advantageous.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to deal with people at all levels professionally.
• Should be proactive and self-motivated team players and leaders.
• Fluency in English both verbal and written is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

JUNIOR (JNR), SENIOR (SNR), SUPERVISOR (SPV) & MANAGER AUDIT (MGR)

Specific requirements:

• ØBachelor (S-1) or Master (S-2) Degree in Accounting or from reputable university with GPA > 3.00, Registered Accountant is preferred.
• Experience as an auditor from reputable Public Accounting Firm is a must   (min. 3 years for Senior, 5 years for Supervisor and 7 years for Manager).
• Have strong knowledge and good understanding in PSAK, GAAP, SPAP and IFRS. 
•  Professional integrity, good character, pleasant personality, energetic, proactive. 
•  Leadership, good communication skill and fluent in English is highly desirable 
•  Strong analytical, meticulous, high motivated and can do attitude. 
•  Familiar with computer is a must and others accounting software will be an advantage.
