Our client, a large, established MNC company with growing business needs in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for a dynamic Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join their team in Singapore.

The Role :

• Responsible for all financial and planning matters
• Oversee the budgeting & forecasting matters for the whole of APAC region
• Leading a small team of financial analyst
• Close partnering with the business director in strategic business direction
• Studying business trends of the business & organisation
• Look into business process improvements in the finance function
• Any other Ad-Hoc duties as assigned.

The Pre-Requisites :

• Degree in Accountancy or relevant professional qualification
• MBA is a plus
• At least 8 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in providing financial support to senior management
• Regional exposure is a MUST
• Supervisory experience
