Job description
- providing and interpreting financial information;
- business modelling and forecasting;
- analysing change and conducting risk assessment;
- participating in strategic planning, and formulating long-term business plans;
- researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance;
- developing complex finance models;
- assessing the financial implications of new or existing ventures;
- conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
- preparing accounts and reconciling balance sheets;
- overseeing budgetary control;
- monitoring cash flow;
- liaising with other members of the team and tax consultants;
- some knowledge of taxation
Job Scope:
- To oversee Finance related operations of the company
- Responsible for Full set of accounts, Fixed Assets, Tax, Payroll & Consolidation of financial accounts
- Evaluate & streamline financial processes and workflows to enhance & improve the efficiency of the finance operations.
- Review forecast and monitor actual performance against it
- Responsible for annual statutory audit and preparation of annual accounts/reports with tax consultants.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, control processes and timely submission of standard reports & closing
- Assist in financial process review and re-engineering, system implementation and other ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
- S1 Degree in Accountancy
- Min.3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Resourceful and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work under stress and tight deadlines
- Possess good interpersonal skills, good working attitude and have a strong sense of responsibility
