Their Nibs is a UK children's clothes fashion brand that is new to Thailand. We make vintage designs for ages 0 to14 with both plain styles and vivid prints.
By the end of this year we will have four shops open, two in Phuket, and one in Pattaya and Bangkok. We plan to have at least one more shop open next year.
We are looking for an experienced person to join our team to work closely with the Operations Manager and the Managing Director in building our exciting business in Thailand.
THE ROLE :-
- To act as the company’s full time bookkeeper
- To prepare weekly/monthly bank reconciliations
- To prepare monthly sales and purchase ledger reports.
- To assist with stock control reconciliations.
- To prepare monthly management accounts.
- To run the monthly payroll.
- To liaise with the Thai Revenue Department.
- To provide information to the company’s accountants.
- To prepare VAT returns and with holding tax forms.
THE CANDIDATE :-
- To be energetic, enthusiastic, self motivated , confident and have the desire to be an important part of a new dynamic business.
- Have at least five years experience in a hands on bookkeeping role.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Retail Bookkeeping an advantage but not essential.
- Possess excellent organisational and communication skills. The ability to speak, read and write English is essential.
- Be fully I.T literate.
- Be prepared to work flexible hours when required.
- Be prepared to travel occasionally.
