Our company has successfully achieved rapid growth. We, thus, have openings for talented and enthusiastic candidates to fill in the following positions.
Duties / Responsibilities :-
- Preparation of all Financial Reports including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cashflow Statement, Trial Balance etc.
- Completion of Monthly Reporting Packages for Australia and local Management reports.
- Timely Submission of all Taxation reports and ensure full local compliance
- Monthly preparation or supervision of balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation of company Budgets and forecasts
- Preparation of analysis reports as needed – sales, stock, cash, etc.
- Responsible for Cashflow Forecast and efficient use of cash resources
- Ensure timely collection of all receivables and ensure regular operation of all payables
- Ensure accurate recording of Cost of Goods sold
- Submission of weekly, monthly retail and sales reports to Australia and internally
- Plan and conduct stocktakes in warehouse and stores as necessary.
- Ensure inventory is accurate in quantity and value
- Supervision/preparation of all data and journal entries
- Ensure accuracy of all data generation
- Safeguarding of all company cash and other assets
- Maintenance of Asset Registers
- Ensure in-house database program and General Ledger package provide required information in a timely and accurate manner
- Supervision and planning workflows of sub-ordinates
- Ensure all company administrative obligations, licenses etc. are up to date and valid.
- Other duties as required
Qualifications and skills needed:
- Degree in Accounting or Economics
- Minimum 5 years Experience
- Good experience in Standard Costing and variance analysis
- Good oral and written English
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word, accounting packages such as MYOB etc.
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Always meets deadlines. Works hours necessary to meet deadlines.
- Adequate Tax knowledge Pro-active
- Logical
- Able to pass on knowledge to sub-ordinates
