Job Responsibilities :

During this management trainee programme, the trainees will be exposed to various aspects of operations and management of the department.
  • To learn and acquire the necessary knowledge and skills of every module trained during the programme.
  • To abide and adhere to company policies, regulations and terms of the training during the entire programme.
  • To complete the training program within the duration of 20 months to 24 months.
  • Upon completion of this management Trainee programme, the trainee will be identified as part of the management team in specific sections of the department.

Job Requirements :
  • Age between 22 and 28 years old preferred
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting , Banking, Economics or Statistics
  • Good command of English
  • Extrovert personality with strong interpersonal skills
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

A starting salary of RM3500.00 will be offered to successful candidates.
