Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure prompt and accurate account entries and booking for offices in Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam.
- To perform 100% monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation and ensure prompt corrective actions, if any
- To prepare the internal and external financial reporting.
- To facilitate the preparation of quarterly forecasting and budgeting exercises.
- To coordinate for all types of audits.
- To coordinate for all statutory filing.
- To supervise the general administration tasks.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- At least 5 year working experiences with multi-national companies, especially in Trading or Medical Devices/Supplies
- Experience with audit firms would be a plus.
- Very good command in writing and speaking English
- Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office
