Established in 1977, the Group's activities are conducted and managed through its head office on Penang Island and operation offices at the Penang International Airport, Butterworth, Port Klang, Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Johor Bahru and Singapore.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts
- Responsible for AR collection and AP payment
- Prepare cashflow projection and manage day-to-day cashflow
- Perform and review month-end financial closing activities
- Ensure timely and accurate update of payroll and CPF submission
- Provide day-to-day HR administration and general administrative support
- Any other ad-hoc reports and duties assigned by management
- Diploma in Accountancy / LCCI / ACCA
- At least 2 years working experience, of which at least 1 year in logistics or related experience
- Working knowledge of Accounting software
- Able to work independently
- Meticulous
- Strong leadership qualities, results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills
