Qualifications :-
- Male or Female, Age 35 years old above.
- Accountant experience more than 8 years .
- Be a professional Accountant
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in accountant.
- Excellent command in English.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good personality.
- Able to work independently with proactive and ability to work under pressure. , well organized and have service mind
- Ability to work individually, under pressure and under limited timeframe
- Computer literacy, especially in Accounting Software e.g. Quick Book
Responsibilities :-
- preparing of journal entries and the evaluation and distribution of financial statements. The accountant will also assist in annual company audits
- Perform accounting functions as assigned including, but not limited to book, reconcile and report in-force premium, direct written premium and loss fund balance, retro accrual, cash, cash applied to A/R, bad debt allowance and non-admitted A/R on a monthly basis
- Assist with annual external audit. Complete requested materials. Assist in preparing assigned schedules for the annual and interim audit
- Reviews accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculations and makes or directs correcting entries.
- Prepares, maintains control, and responsible for subsidiary accounting records involving a variety of transactions and accounts.
- Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of the accounting and internal reporting on specific investments.
- Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
