Job responsibilities of a Technical Services Executive:
- Process technical accounting entries - ensure quarterly statements are processed correctly into the System.
- Identify and investigate discrepancies arising from quarterly statements and profit commission statements, cash call refunds and to liaise with clients on the differences.
- Monitor status of quarterly statements and premium adjustment computations not received and send reminders to clients.
- Correspond with underwriters and clients promptly and in a professional manner, for queries pertaining to technical services.
- Maintain Treaty Register.
- Assist the Manager during renewal with regards to ad hoc jobs
