Responsibilities
- Report to the Financial Controller and in charge of the accounting departments in the manufacturing plants in Dongguan & Qingyuan
- Responsible for all-rounded finance matters for the plants
- Prepare, monitor & review monthly financial and management reports, cash flow forecast as required by the management
- Oversee and supervise the daily financial operations, taxation issues, cost control and budgeting, forecasting.
- Establish procedures, internal controls & systems; set up company policy and monitor compliance
Requirements
- Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline
- Professional qualified with a minimum of 8 years of experience with minimum 3 years in manufacturing accounts and cost analysis
- Solid experience in China manufacturing operations preferably gained in sizeable multinational companies
- Big 4 experience is a plus
- Well versed with PRC accounting standard, laws, customs and taxation regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; and prior experience in implementing SAP an advantage
- Hands on, initiative, independent, self motivated and ability to handle multi task
- Good interpersonal skills and able to deal with different levels of people
- Strong communications skill with high proficiency in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Chinese.
- Station in Dongguan and travel to Qingyuan is needed
