Responsibilities:
- Lead in managing the finance team
- In charge of finance and accounting function
- Provide insightful financial analysis to management for decision-making and highlighting any issues and variances for prompt follow-up
- Manage treasury function including cash flow projections
- Prepare timely & accurate Financial & Management reports
- Manage month-end and year-end closing and audit processes
- Set up effective internal control policies
- Support operations department in ad hoc project, analysis & negotiations
- Validate AP and petty cash payments and reimbursements
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, treasury managers, company secretary and other related 3rd parties
- Assist on any other ad-hoc work or projects as assigned
Requirements:
- 5 years of financial accounting experience in managing full set of books
- Knowledge of MYOB a great advantage
- Supervisory experience required
- Strong in financial analysis skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or other related field
