Our client, one of the oldest and largest alternative asset management firms in the world,

is looking for Finance Assistant to join their growing business.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Finance or college graduate with Degree in Accounting
  • Min 1 year experience of working/internship in a similar function
  • Experienced in the use of MS Office suite particularly Excel
  • A pro-active self-starter able to work with the minimum supervision
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Singaporeans or PRs ONLY

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain purchase ledger, handling general account enquires
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Preparing and posting journals to the general ledger
  • Processing all travel expenses, Maintain the fixed assets ledger
  • Prepare accounts reconciliation schedules
  • Assist the Financial Controller in the preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Prepare quarterly GST returns
  • Assist in the preparation of statutory and regulatory reports
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns
  • Assist with budget preparation
  • Assist in answering queries relating to internal and external audits
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as and when required.

Working Location / Working Hour / Salary Range
- Central
- 5 Days Work Week: (Mon to Fri)
- Basic Salary: up to S$2,800 or Negotiable (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
